The APAC DNS Forum enables regional DNS industry experts and the wider community to come together to discuss the latest developments, opportunities, and challenges in the domain name marketplace.

APAC DNS Forum 2023
Jointly organized by ICANN and the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation (HKIRC), the APAC DNS Forum 2023 took place from 4-5 July at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Hong Kong. It featured a multitude of topics discussing the role of the DNS from various perspectives, serving as a platform for participants to network, exchange ideas, and explore collaboration opportunities.
In addition to the technical topics such as cybersecurity and emerging technologies, the sessions also covered industry trends and business opportunities such as spurring online business growth and digital brand protection to broader topics like the potential impacts of regulatory, policy, and technological developments on the DNS industry.
APAC DNS Forum 2022
Jointly organized by ICANN and MYNIC Berhad, which is the Registry & Registrar for .MY, the inaugural APAC DNS Forum 2022 took place from 30 March to 1 April 2022 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Themed “Beyond Technology: The Revolution of DNS,” the APAC DNS Forum 2022 featured discussions ranging from technical topics to industry trends and business opportunities, as well as broader topics like the potential impacts of regulatory, policy, and technological developments on the DNS industry.
